He offered to let me try on the display models they had, but I already tried it on previously, which just highlighted the lack of anything new. He also offered a Rolex coffee table book and was overall very friendly and welcoming, but it didn't change my feeling of disappointment and wasted time. I felt compelled to leave this review and engage with customer service because this kind of disconnect between online information and in-store reality is unacceptable.
