I feel compelled to share my absolutely terrible shopping experience, hoping it serves as a warning for others. My fiancé and I stopped by on a whim and had a truly dreadful time. As I detailed, "My fiancé and I stopped by on a whim and had a terrible shopping experience with the lack of help from Craig! He didn't listen to what we were looking for and couldn't find a suitable wedding band that fit my engagement ring. Craig also showed me a variety of pearl earrings that were clearly not what we wanted. He was extremely unknowledgeable about the materials and sources for each piece of jewelry and failed to answer all of our questions thoroughly. We’re super unhappy with our non-existent pieces and we’re dreading the next time we have to shop here!" This visit left us so frustrated and disappointed that I felt it my duty to report it and speak with customer service.
